The Chandra Mahal? Thanks! I'll put that in the title for now but I usually like to have confirmation of some kind - I did a Google search and couldn't find any images that match the photo.
We saw a picture of the Blue Room referenced as Chandra Mahal in Martinelli and Michell's book, "Palaces of Rajasthan." Unfortunately, it looks like you can't buy the book in the US, but it's fantastic if you can find it.
We are actually traveling in India right now and using your blogpot website to make sure we catch all the filming locations from The Fall. I can't thank you enough for putting this together. It was wonderful as a reference while watching the film, but even better as we are able to visit the sites on our trip! We literally just left Fatehpur Sikri and saw both the Diwan-i-Khas and Buland Darwaza. And we saw Chand Baori two days ago, so amazing!
That's fantastic, and thanks so much for the kind words! I'm glad I could help with your trip (but I have to admit I'm super jealous, too).
If you stumble across the location for blog post "1:40:54" I would be forever grateful. One of my friends thought it was the Lake Palace but couldn't be sure, and it's driving me crazy!
I tried to find all the locations on my own, but some were just too difficult so I watched the DVD commentaries. Tarsem and Lee Pace were particularly great at mentioning the locations, as were Nico Soultanakis and Dan Gilroy, so thank you all! Now, if you could email me with the ones I'm missing, that would be good too!

This is Udaipur, which is the blue city. Jaipur is the pink city.
might be Samode Palace, Samode
No, this is in Jaipur. It's the 4th floor of Chandra Mahal, Chhvai Niwas, in the City Palace
And actually Udaipur is the White City by the way--Jodhpur is the Blue City.

I really need to take a trip to India soon. :)
